Eda Hard Candy
| In 1957 Paul Lehman's vision of a sugarfree hard candy for those unable to have sugar was given birth, affectionately naming the product after his wife, Eda. Over the years his vision has grown to include fitness and healthy conscience individuals (fewer calories than ordinary brands, no fat content) as well promotion of a healthy lifestyle by a "salt free" proprietary recipe. Gone are the days when these small delicious treats are only available to the select few. Eda's proprietary manufacturing process uses sorbitol, a cool refreshing sugar substitute which occurs naturally in many fruits and berries. Eda's are constantly striving to improve our special formula. For example, Eda's unique manufacturing methods prevent annoying stickiness and melting in the wrapper.
