The marshmallow is made by hand and laid onto a table to harden. Then, it's cut into smaller strips and dipped into handmade liquid caramel. After the caramel is hardened, each strip is cut into smaller pieces and hand-wrapped in wax paper. A bit sticky, but worth every last lick off the paper!
